As Chief Financial Officer, Vikram brings a wealth of experience to Automation Anywhere, having previously led high-performance financial teams at public, private and SaaS software companies. His specialties include private equity, capital raises, M&A, and divestiture, as well as a decade-long tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He brings financial and strategic leadership and commitment to operational excellence as we continue to scale our business. His most recent position was heading up Investor Relations and Corporate Finance for Anaplan. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University, India. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant from India. What you didn’t know: Vikram lives in the Bay Area with his wife, son, and daughter. He is an ardent Cricket fan and enjoys spending weekends in Lake Tahoe, taking his family snowboarding and hiking.

Ken brings more than 25 years of experience as a Finance executive, previously serving as CFO of a $2B property-casualty insurance company and as SVP of Financial Operations at Bank of America where he managed a team of 250 finance professionals responsible for the monthly close and finance technology initiatives.  In addition, Ken held senior management positions at Accenture, Progressive Insurance, and Bain & Co.

As the Global Finance Leader at Automation Anywhere, Ken works closely with senior finance and accounting executives across all industries to design AI-powered process automation solutions which lower operating costs, increase cash flow, strengthen controls, and improve financial performance.

Michael Reynolds is a Business Technology Executive who leads KeyBank’s Intelligent Automation organization, with responsibility for Robotic Process Automation platforms, enterprise low-code adoption, Intelligent Document Processing, and the delivery of GenAI solutions, including agent-based capabilities.

His teams operate under Agile principles and have delivered more than 600 automated processes since 2019. Today, KeyBank’s digital workforce executes the equivalent of 500 employees’ worth of work daily and continues to expand by approximately 10 new business processes each month.

Mike is passionate about engaging and inspiring teams to deliver innovative technology solutions, with a focus on hyperautomation and artificial intelligence. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and a two-time recipient of the KeyBank Chairman’s Award, as well as the 2022 recipient of the KeyBank Mike Cozzens Inspiration Award.

Previously at KeyBank, Mike served as Domain Manager for Real Estate Capital & Syndications, where he was responsible for technology solutions supporting the origination and servicing of commercial real estate loans valued in excess of $250 billion.

The portfolio spanned multiple capital sources, including on-balance-sheet lending, CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, LIHTC, private label, and government lending.

Earlier in his career at KeyBank, he held leadership roles supporting Key Equipment Finance, Enterprise Risk, and Real Estate Capital as a technical guide and resource manager.

Mike’s current platform responsibilities include Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning, ABBYY, Automation Anywhere, OutSystems, Celonis, and BrainTrust.

His broader technical background includes experience at Hallmark, Sprint, Intel, AT&T, Step1 Technical Training Group, and GoldBank.

A lifelong learner, Mike holds multiple degrees across diverse disciplines, including applied statistics, education, and Spanish literature, and continues to pursue coursework today. His current area of study is horticulture.

Craig Richey leads the Finance Reinvention business for the Americas at Accenture — spanning the US, Canada, and Latin America — as Senior Managing Director and Finance Reinvention Lead, reporting directly to the CEO.
