Desktop Support
On desktop, the event platform supports Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

Pro Tip: Use an Incognito Browser Window to avoid conflicts with any browser extensions you may have installed.

Mobile Support
On mobile, there is native browser support for latest versions of both iOS and Android OS.

Connectivity Issues
To improve your connection, please close out of all other applications and browser tabs. If possible, connect to an Eternet cable – or if using Wi-Fi, move close to your router.

If your connection is restricted and does not allow you to connect to Demio’s streaming servers, you may need to open the required ports and whitelist the following domains to connect:

  • signaling.stream.demio.com
  • websockets.demio.com
  • websockets-channel.demio.com
  • event.demio.com
  • static.opentok.com
  • enterprise.opentok.com
  • api.opentok.com
  • anvil.opentok.com
  • hlg.tokbox.com

Additionally, Demio requires TCP port 443 to be open. Some firewall/proxy rules only allow for SSL traffic over port 443. You will need to make sure that non-web traffic can also pass over this port.
