PANEL DISCUSSION: Back to the Workplace - Meeting Our New Future of Work

As the Coronavirus has caused great health and economic hardship to the world, we have all learned over the past few weeks and months that what was before is very different than today, and will be for tomorrow.  Furthermore, there has been great disparity in our experiences as people and as organizations.  We’ve been facing very different challenges and implementing a wide variety of solutions based upon our universal, yet unique situations.  No one can say with 100% certainty what the future of work may be or that “one size fits all”.  However, by addressing some of the key challenges faced by organizations, at very different places with respect to their organization’s standing, we can all learn from each other and hopefully be stronger in the long-term.

  • Gain insight into trends for returning to work, including changes to office spaces, retail environments, and other workplaces
  • Considerations when bringing back furloughed or separated employees
  • Effectively communicating new policies and other changes as your workforce returns

PANEL DISCUSSION: Can’t Touch This! – Preparing Your Space to be a Safe Workplace & Environment

As the world learns more about how COVID-19 spreads, surface contact has been scientifically proven to be a key risk element, therefore should be avoided as much as possible. Furthermore, adhering to social distancing protocols has also proven to reduce the spread, therefore should be practiced now and into the future.

  • The return of the work cubicle – and other new office furniture/structural fixtures, space layouts, and surface fabrication that will create a safe workplace for your workforce – and customers
  • Touchless smart technologies for entry gate points, door handles, elevator buttons, ATMs, PoS devices, and more
  • Turning shared work areas and customer-centric spaces into safe environments social distancing protocols can be adhered to – and also reduces surface contact
  • What are the non-negotiable renovations that must be implemented immediately – or can be put off for a while – and are
tenants or building management companies responsible for the capital spend (and will the government offer financial funding if said renovations are government mandates?)
